What is LBSA?
The Latino Business Student Association, or LBSA, is a student-run organization that welcomes students from all backgrounds and majors. The organization was founded with the central goal of advancing its members' educational and professional careers. This goal is achieved through networking opportunities, leadership promotion, and skills development to enhance each individual. LBSA also promotes community engagement, primarily through outreach and service events. The organization believes members will leave with greater confidence, an established network, and a heightened sense of community.

Our members become leaders in the workforce and help move companies forward. We have alumni worldwide and at a wide variety of employers. Our alumni hold positions at KPMG, Grant Thorton, PepsiCO, UPS, Kaiser Permanente, and many more. Other alumni have gone on to start up their ventures, and others have served in roles at nonprofit organizations,
